Coraggio Consulting (coraggioconsulting.com) is a marketing consulting business for alcohol and alcohol-adjacent brands, based in Los

Angeles, California, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors to our website, why we collect it, and

    and email platform.

  - Payment information, if and when you make a purchase directly through our site. Payments are processed by Stripe and Square — we don't

    store your full card details ourselves; their systems handle that securely.

  - Website usage data (like pages visited, how long you stayed, and general location), collected automatically through Google Analytics 4 

    (GA4), to help us understand how people use our site.

  - Advertising data, collected through the Meta Pixel when you visit our site, which helps us run and measure Facebook/Instagram ads and show

    relevant ads to past visitors.

 Cookies

 Our site uses cookies — small files stored on your device — mainly through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to recognize returning visitors and understand site traffic. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

 How Long We Keep Your Data

- Contact form and inquiry data: up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete it                    

- Newsletter/CRM contacts: kept until you unsubscribe, or after 3 years of no engagement                                        

- Analytics data (GA4): retained for 14 months (Google's standard default)

- Advertising/Pixel data: retained per Meta's own policies, typically up to 180 days

- Payment/transaction records: retained for 7 years, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements

 Your Rights

 You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

For Visitors in the EU, EEA, or UK

  - Legal basis for processing: We rely on your consent for newsletter/marketing emails (you can withdraw this anytime by unsubscribing or

    emailing us), and on legitimate interest for basic website analytics (understanding and improving our site).

  - Your rights include: access, rectification (correction), erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to

    processing. Contact us anytime to exercise these.

  - Complaints: If you feel your data hasn't been handled properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection

    authority (for example, the ICO in the UK, or your relevant supervisory authority elsewhere in the EU/EEA).

  - International transfers: Since our tools (Go High Level, Meta, Google, Stripe, Square) are based in the US, your data may be transferred

    outside the EEA/UK. These transfers are covered under appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard

    Contractual Clauses.

This law technically only applies in full to larger businesses (those earning over ~$26.6M/year, handling data for 100,000+ Californians, or making over half their revenue from selling data) — a bar Coraggio Consulting doesn't meet. We're including this section anyway, as good practice for California visitors.
